I'm newly married (we got married August 9th) and its been a little bit of a challenge learning how to live with someone other than my daughter! I'm pretty particular with cleanliness so its been tough living with a yucky boy!!!!
We've had our disagreements and frustrating moments but I must say, my husband is amazing. He's so patient with me and my petty requests and I absolutely love him.
His father is ill right now so he's going to Indiana to visit with them and I can't go because of work but I miss him already- and he hasn't even left yet!!!!
I want to publicly honor my husband. He's such an amazing man. He loves my daughter like his own and he loves me despite my quirks. He loves Jesus more though and that's what makes him the most awesome husband ever.
I love you Jeff!!!!

- I am newly married to a wonderful man named Jeff. We met at church where we both help lead worship, which is the biggest passion I have. I have a beautiful daughter named Madison and she's annointed by the Lord. She was born with a rare congenital disorder called Macular Degeneration. It's not rare for older adults but its incredible rare for children. After this was discovered, the Lord spoke to me about her and told me that she was born to be healed. I have clung to that promise from that day and I believe with my whole heart that she will be a testimony of God's healing power. I am the most blessed woman I know. Granted, I might be biased but I think its pretty true!

Jenni, how exciting to be so in love with your husband. Mine is going away this weekend too so I know what you mean about missing him before he is gone. Write down the amazing things he does for you so when you do become down or frustruated you can look back on the great things about him and remember why you love him!
